What to write about what
A reading looks wrong
Send us the figure you entered and a description of the chart you were reading. If our transcription was wrong we want to know; if the chart says something different from what we show, the chart is right.
They only gave a word
That is the expected case, not a fault. We give the span the word covers and no figure. Ask the seller for the flat measurement from the top of the heel to the top of the cuff — one line usually gets it.
Billing, renewals and cancelling
Cancel in one control from your billing page, with immediate effect. If something has been charged that should not have been, write and we will refund it.
Something arrived the wrong length
That is between you and whoever sold it. A length differing from expectation does not ordinarily make goods faulty, and a reading from this site is not evidence — our terms forbid presenting it as any. Your rights against the seller are unaffected by anything we say.
Your data
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at the same address. We answer within a month and charge nothing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

If something here does not work for you, tell us what you were trying to do. We treat an access problem as a fault, not a request.

Payment security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Card details are entered on the processor’s own encrypted page, handled in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and never reach our servers. We hold no card number and no security code.

What we can tell you is what the word has been seen to span across the market — for “ankle”, anywhere from 5 to 12 cm above the heel, which is the difference between just clearing the ankle bone and reaching halfway up the calf. That is a genuinely useful thing to know before you buy, and it is not the same thing as an answer.
The right next step is to ask them: “What is the flat measurement from the top of the heel to the top of the cuff?” Most sellers can answer in a line. Inventing a figure that looks settled would be far more likely to make you buy the wrong pair than admitting we do not have one.
