These four do not require consent under regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, because the service you asked for cannot be provided without them.

Measurement of how the site is used

Aggregated counts of which pages are opened and which controls are used, so we can tell which parts of the tool are working. No profile is built, nothing follows you to another site, and the data is not sold or shared. Held for 14 months.

Rejecting this leaves the tool completely functional. Nothing is withheld, degraded or delayed because you said no.
